The prices per year for the plots are €950 for 100m2 plot and €1950 for the 250m2 plot, plus a one off fee of €150 for the connection of services

Provided in this price is a concrete pad for the caravan legs and gravelling underneath the caravan

There are possibilities to have private shower block on each plot which will include toilet, wash basin, walk-in shower, washing machine point and gas boiler

A 50% deposit will be required on reservation with the balance payable on the start date of the rental
