Description

The apartment is located walking distance of the small village centre. The village itself has a quaint old church and square, a garden café/bar within the local village ‘Casa Rural Ubeda’, a small social club and a catering establishment that supplies traditional food to the local area.
Ubeda is well-known for its numerous enjoyable fiestas with good food, music and wine throughout the year which are attended by hundreds of locals and visitors alike just 10 minutes from the local town of Pinoso and is approximately 40 minutes from the coast and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport.
This is an ideal property for professionals, perhaps a young family or even a retired couple wishing to escape from it all and integrate into a typical Spanish Hamlet, and would make a fabulous permanent place of residence or even a holiday home with excellent rental return on the investment

Internally there are 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 fully tiled bathrooms, one with bath and both with showers, lounge with french window leading to a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, and a fully fitted kitchen with a range of pine wall and base units with marble worktops, plus a useful utility area
There is access to the urbanisation’s communal pool, garden and children’s play area. There is also ample street parking available. For additional costs and of course, pending availability, access to a large secure underground parking facility and an individual lock-up storage room may be arranged.
The first floor apartment is fitted with high quality fixtures with pre-installation for a chimenea and is in excellent condition all round. Furniture is by negotiation

Contact the owner

I began working as an estate agent after entertaining a number of guests in our Bed and Breakfast from various estate agents in the area, listening to the white lies, sometimes little ones, sometimes whoppers they told their clients. Guests used to ask us for our opinions, of course we had to tell the truth, ‘yes it does get cold in winter’, ‘no you may never get mains electricity in that area’ and so on. We soon became sounding boards whilst our guests made their decisions and it wasnt long before friends and acquaintances began offering their houses to sell and so the business began. What started as a cottage industry 12 years ago grew into a property and rental business in a very short time and we now deal with property sales, long and short-term rentals, holiday rentals and property management.
